Privacy Policy

The Privacy Policy defines the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by users of the website www.teamlabs.eu, hereinafter referred to as the Service.

The administrator of personal data contained in the Service is the company TeamLabs s.c. A.Skrzypek, P.Czeczott with its registered office at ul. Batorego 18/108, 02-591 Warsaw, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9511803710, National Official Business Register Number (REGON): 012860466, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.

The website collects information about Users entered in forms based on the consent expressed by the Users themselves.

The provided data is processed for the purpose of:

  • Establishing, shaping, amending, performing, or terminating a contractual relationship between the Service Provider (Seller) and the Service Recipient (Customer) consisting of the provision of Electronic Services through the Website or the conclusion and performance of a Sales Agreement for Products and their delivery to the Customer.
  • Direct marketing of the Administrator’s own products or services.
  • The Administrator processes the following personal data of Service Recipients (Customers): organization name, first and last name; email address; contact phone number; and when entering into agreements also: address (street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country) and Tax Identification Number (NIP).
  • Providing the personal data mentioned above is necessary for the Service Provider to provide Electronic Services or conclude a contract. The scope of required data is indicated each time before commencing the provision of a specific Electronic Service or entering into an Agreement.

The user who provided data in the form has the right to:

  • access, modify, delete personal data,
  • limit the processing and request cessation of their data processing at any time,
  • withdraw consent at any time – withdrawing consent does not affect the legality of processing carried out before its withdrawal,
  • lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Personal data provided by the User in the form will be processed for a period not longer than is necessary for the purposes for which they were provided, as well as for the duration of the legal, accounting, and tax obligations of the Administrator, and until the expiration of any possible claims. If consent has been given for the processing of personal data, it will be processed until consent is withdrawn.

The Administrator takes due care to ensure the appropriate protection of the provided personal data, especially by preventing unauthorized access to them.

  • Personal data is transmitted via a secure SSL protocol.
  • Personal data stored on the Administrator’s servers are encrypted, and protection against physical access to the servers where personal data is stored is ensured by the server provider.
  • The Administrator implements technical and organizational measures to ensure the protection of processed personal data appropriate to the risks and categories of data under protection, particularly securing data against unauthorized access, seizure, processing in violation of applicable regulations, as well as alteration, loss, damage, or destruction.
  • The provided personal data may be disclosed only to entities that have a legal basis arising from Polish law.

Entities collecting and processing personal data on the website mainly originate from Poland and the European Economic Area (EEA). Some of the providers are located outside the EEA (e.g., Google Inc. is based in the USA and provides the Google Analytics service). These entities are required to comply with the principles set forth in the EU-US Privacy Shield framework regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal data of EU citizens (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 on the adequacy of the protection provided by the EU-US Privacy Shield) and contractual clauses adopted by the EU Commission.

  • The Act of July 18, 2002, on the provision of electronic services (commonly referred to as the „e-services act”).
  • The Telecommunications Law of July 16, 2004 (PrTel).
  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or GDPR).
