USER’S MANUAL
The purpose of this workshop is to formulate and present participants’ needs and preferences crucial for hybrid cooperation. The participants answer the questions asked by the host and on this basis, they try to create a manual of themself – a light-hearted recipe for how they should be treated by their co-workers for the cooperation to be optimalised. 

TEAMS ON TEAMS
The workshop enables to find better mutual understanding between the teams in terms of their qualities. It is directed at investigating and better understanding of their goals and ways of communicating which is indispensable in an effective operating during hybrid work. It enables an active approach to the field, posing questions, clarity, cooperation during task comprehension and co-dependency of the teams. 

HYBRID WORK SYSTEM
The workshop aims to create a formula for selected issues related to coming up with a system of hybrid work. During the workshop, the participants come up with solutions to chosen topics in a dynamic involving way.

How should we optimise the work of the team – remote or on-site work? 
What tools should we use to raise the efficiency of information exchange?
What to implement in order to involve the hybrid working team in decision-making process?
