Since 1995, in cooperation with educational units, non-governmental organizations and public institutions, we have been creating educational programs designed to develop social capital.
We use the experience we have gained in our work with business corporations to support NGOs in planning strategies, team integration and expanding the staff’s skill set. We create engaging educational activities to build a positive image of the institution as part of event marketing. Using our experience in moderating large groups, we create programs to promote the brand as part of event marketing. Activities designed by us serve different purposes - education, ensure intergenerational transfer of knowledge, teach cooperation or promote indicated values. Above all, however, they actively engage participants, leaving authentic emotions and positive memories.
From among the projects we have done so far, it is worth mentioning the Einstein's Machine open workshops promoting the idea of dialogue over divisions as part of Warsaw2030 strategy creation, educational workshops as part of the MPWiK World Water Day picnic and an urban game based on Zygmunt Miłoszewski's prose as part of the Empik brand promotion.
In order to meet the needs of clients, we organize complex tasks that require effective cooperation, effective communication, openness to others and individual engagement. The participants of our programs can look at the effects of their actions in a safe atmosphere, detached from everyday work.
In addition, thanks to moderated sessions, we can draw conclusions about the principles of good cooperation or the use of selected company values in practice.
Thanks to this, we deepen the participants' reflection on the chosen topic, at the same time launching a change of attitudes in a direction important from the company's point of view.
The participants' collected conclusions are listed in a structured form and sent to the client - thus providing a summary of the event for the participants and the basis for planning further activities for the management or the HR department.
We accompany institutions activities crucial to their development. Through the Structural Workshops, we take a closer look at key aspects of the organization's operation, and on this basis, we help create plans for the future.
During the workshop, the participants in a structured manner share their experience and the scope of tasks of individual organizational structures. As a result a map of the entire organization is created, taking into account different stakeholder groups as a set of elements. The resulting map shows the relationships between particular groups. This perspective allows you to capture the most important processes and work effectively on your further strategy.
We use workshop methods to develop team skills and personal competences of the staff.
We teach cooperation, assertiveness, resistance to stress, negotiation and mediation, creative problem solving.
We also conduct integration activities that improve cooperation and communication within the team.
