TOOLS FOR TEAMS

HRtools is our offer for people responsible for team management. We use our vast experience to support managers and human resources personnel in their endeavors.  We supplement trainings, enriching them with stimulating methods designed to engage participants. We help resolve conflicts in teams by moderating interest sessions which form the basis for effective cooperation. We support management by providing structural workshops to upper level executives creating a space for the constructive exchange of experiences and corporate strategy planning. In addition,  we conduct trainings on how to make day to day work more efficient. These cover such areas as dealing with stress and working well in a multicultural environment. We consult on and accompany businesses  in creating and maintaining  their organizational culture through dedicated events, kick-offs and workshops. We meet the need to counteract the development of conflicts in teams by employing safe, tested procedures based on a constructive confrontation of mutual expectations.

We hold workshops where participants formulate, discuss and verify mutual expectations and needs, concerning team work or interaction between various groups. At every stage, they are supported by qualified trainers, who moderate the discussion, providing conditions in which everyone can speak freely as well as ensuring a constructive tone of all exchanges and seeing the process through to the end.

The session clears the air within the team, and in the long term it increases trust levels and provides a solid foundation for finding joint solutions to organization and communication problems which in itself helps keep conflicts from arising and festering.

We hold structural workshops, which give managers a space in which to creatively exchange experiences and plan corporate strategies. We rely on tested tools.
